The certificate authority (ca) certificate manager manages a number of certificate authority certificates that can be used to verify server certificates that are received from remote applications e.g. if ICS is acting as a client to a remote server icsCACertMgr can be used to load the certificate authority certificates that should be used to verify that the server certificate received by the remote server is valid. This extension is e.g. required by proxy extension library.
